QC Pro Apps Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the websites qc-pro-apps.com, letproof.qc-pro-apps.com, rigright.qc-pro-apps.com, and qcweldauditpro.qc-pro-apps.com, as well as the iOS apps LetProof, RigRight, and QC Weld Audit Pro. Our contact email is support@qc-pro-apps.com.

We are the data controller for personal data collected through our services. We are subject to UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

3. Why We Use Your Data

• Contract performance — to create your account, process payments, and deliver app features you subscribe to.
• Legal obligation — to retain billing records, handle data subject requests, and comply with tax/accounting laws.
• Legitimate interest — to prevent fraud, fix bugs, improve features, and maintain security.
• Consent — to send optional marketing emails (you can withdraw consent at any time).

4. How Long We Keep Data

• Account data: retained while your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Billing records: 7 years (UK legal requirement).
• Support communications: 2 years.
• Technical/log data: 90 days.

5. Third Parties

We share minimal data with trusted processors:

• Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
• Supabase / Firebase — database and authentication hosting.
• Apple Inc. — iOS app distribution via the App Store.
• Google Fonts — font delivery (IP address shared on page load).

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

6. International Transfers

Some processors (Stripe, Firebase, Supabase) may store data outside the UK/EEA. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
