RigRight ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the RigRight service:

Account data: Email address and user ID (created when you register)
Usage data: App features used, inspection records, compliance items, and documents you create within the app
Device data: Crash reports and performance diagnostics (anonymous)
Location data: Used only when you open Trucker Services to find nearby fuel stops, rest areas, and weigh stations. Never stored or shared.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and maintain your RigRight account and features
To sync your data across devices via Firebase
To process subscription payments via Stripe
To diagnose crashes and improve app performance
To send compliance deadline reminders (push notifications, only if you allow)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Firebase (Google): Authentication and data storage
Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions
FMCSA: Broker Shield searches query the public FMCSA database using your search terms only

4. Data Retention

Your account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@qc-pro-apps.com. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest using Firebase / Google Cloud infrastructure with AES-256 encryption. We never store payment card details — all payments are handled by Stripe.

6. Children's Privacy

RigRight is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@qc-pro-apps.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of RigRight after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
