1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any QC Pro Apps product (LetProof, RigRight, QC Weld Audit Pro, or qc-pro-apps.com), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

QC Pro Apps Ltd provides cloud-based compliance and inspection software delivered as web portals and iOS mobile applications. Features vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
• All prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Your subscription auto-renews unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a billing period has started. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for technical issues that prevent access to the service. Contact support@qc-pro-apps.com within 48 hours of a charge.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our software.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Use our services to harass, defame, or harm others.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and designs belonging to QC Pro Apps Ltd remain our exclusive property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our services for your internal business purposes only.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to our services.

8. Data & Privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services you consent to that policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to maintain uptime and accuracy, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Compliance information provided by our apps (e.g. HOS rules, tenancy law guidance) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QC Pro Apps Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QC Pro Apps Ltd from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. On termination, your right to access the service ends and we may delete your data after 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
