Help with recording mileage and producing your claim.

What CareMiles does

CareMiles turns your daily visits into an accurate business-mileage claim. Set your Home and Base once, tap the map for each place you drive to, and CareMiles works out the road miles at your rate and takes your commute off automatically. Export a PDF, Excel or CSV claim at the end of the week or month.

Getting started

  1. On first launch, set your Home and your Base by dropping pins on the map.
  2. Start a run and choose whether it begins at your base or your home.
  3. Tap the map where you drove to for each visit — the miles are calculated for you.
  4. Use “start next job from here” to continue through your day.
  5. Open the Report tab to export your claim.

Common questions

Can I change the mileage rate? Yes — it defaults to 61p per mile and can be adjusted in Settings.

Is my data private? Yes. Everything is stored on your device; there is no account and nothing is uploaded to us. See our Privacy Policy.

My run changed last minute. You can edit or delete any visit before exporting.
