These Terms of Use govern your use of the RigRight mobile application and any related services provided by QC Pro Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using RigRight, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
RigRight provides tools to assist truck drivers, owner-operators and fleet managers with:
RigRight is a compliance assistance tool. It does not replace official ELD devices where mandated by law, and you remain solely responsible for your compliance with applicable regulations.
RigRight offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
All prices are displayed in the App Store and include applicable taxes where required by law.
RigRight may offer limited features at no cost. Features available under the free tier may change at any time at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

RigRight is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that compliance data will be accurate or complete. Use of the app does not guarantee regulatory compliance — you are responsible for verifying all compliance requirements with the relevant authorities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QC Pro Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including fines, penalties or regulatory actions.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app under Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID account settings.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
